Haha yes – I feel you on this one. I did the challenge last year with a group of friends who literally stopped trying a week after signing up! I’m trying to get back into running after a diagnosis of Sick Sinus Syndrome – my heart rate is all over the place – so I’m not even sure how many miles I can get in this year!

I’m so sorry to hear that. I know first hand how chronic illness can hold us back from exercising. If you want to start just by walking a few miles here and there, join my team. I’m doing what I can and pushing myself to do more each time. Would love to have you along for the journey!

I would be so afraid of doing a challenge where I have to be outside in the freezing when I don’t want to be. Way to go!
